2026 Outdoor: Earned Second Team All-American honors after finishing tenth at the National Championships in shot put with a top throw of 13.36 meters... Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors for shot put, discus, and hammer... Broke the program and ODAC shot put record with a 13.91-meter throw at the Mount Olive Final Qualifier... Placed first in the ODAC Championship and earned All-ODAC First Team honors in shot put after recording a top throw of 12.86 meters at the meet. Earned All-ODAC First Team honors in discus after throwing a season best 44.07 meters. 

2026 Indoor: Competed at the NCAA DIII Indoor National Championships in shot put... Broke the program and ODAC indoor record for shot put with a 13.63-meter throw in shot put at the ODAC Championships... Earned All-ODAC First Team honors in shot put and weight throw... Named the Field Athlete of the Meet... USTFCCCA All-Region Selection for shot put. 

2025 Outdoor: Earned All-ODAC First Team...Selected to USTFCCCA All-Region...Competed in shot put, hammer throw, and discus...Broke personal bests at ODAC Outdoor Championships in both discus with a gold medal result of 44.89m and in hammer with a mark of 42.78m (4th place)...Secured bronze medal in shot put with mark of 11.81m at ODACs...Set the second-best mark ever in program history in discus and fifth-best mark all-time in hammer...Secured 10 first-place results in the season. 

2025 Indoor: Earned All-ODAC First Team...Selected to USTFCCCA All-Region...Named ODAC Field Athlete of the Week twice...Competed in shot put and weight throw...Set the third best mark all-time in program history in the weight throw (15.26m)...Won gold at ODAC Indoor Championships in shot put with mark of 12.33m...Secured six first-place results in the season.  
 
2024 Outdoor: Reset the school outdoor shot put record three times this season with her longest toss set at the Augustana College Midwest Final Qualifier (13.44m [44' 1.25''])...ODAC champion in the discus throw (39.29m [128' 11''])...becam second in program history in the discus throw at the Mount Olive Final Qualifier with a mark of 42.14m (138' 3'')...named ODAC Field Athlete of the Week for her performance at the WildCat Invitational where she was first in the shot put (13.13m [43' 1'']) and discus throw (40.67m [133' 5''])...USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the shot put and discus throw. 
 
2024 Indoor: Won the shot put at the at the ODAC Championships setting a new program record with a toss measuring 12.95m (42' 6'')...finished seventh in the weight throw at the ODAC Championships...finished first at the Joe LaRocco Invitational...in the shot put with a heave of 12.68m (41' 7.25'') recorded a season best throw of 14.62m (47' 11.75'') in the weight throw at the JDL Last Chance Invitational...claimed USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the shot put after claiming the second best mark in the South Region. 
 
High School: Participated in throwing events while at Stuarts Draft High School...two-time shot put state champion.
