2020 Indoors: USTFCCCA South/Southeast Region Track Athlete of the Year... First Team All-State in distance... NCAA Indoor Nationals Qualifier in the 3,000 meters... ODAC/Va Farm Bureau Insurance Scholar Athlete of the Year... won the 3,000 meters at the ODAC Indoor Championships... set school record in the 3,000 meters at the Tufts National Qualifying Meet (9:56.13)... won the 800 meters (2:26.50) and the mile (5:16.83) at the Wilkins Center Invitational.

2019 Outdoors: All-American and seventh place finish in the 3000m steeplechase at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and National Championship...All-Region in the 1500m, 5k and 3000m steeplechase...Academic All-District...ODAC Outdoor Track Athlete of the Meet after winning the 3000m steeplchase, 5k and 1500m...First place in 3000m steeplechase at Goucher College Track Classic...won 1500m at Doc Jopson Invite...set BC record in the 3000m steeplechase (10:50.41) at the NCC Dr. Keeler Invite.

2019 Indoors: Placed 11th in the 3000m at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field National Championships...won 3000m and 5000m at ODACs while taking second in the mile...Broke school record in the 5k (17:33.61) at the Camel City Invite...set new school record in the mile (5:11.20) at the Finn Pincus Invite...Broke BC record in 3000m (10:18.54) at Bast-Cregger Invitational...ODAC/Va. Farm Bureau Insurance Scholar Athlete of the Year...Named All-Region in the 5k, mile and 3000m.

2018 Outdoors: Won the 1500m at the Jopson Invite (4/13)... Won the 3000m steeplechase at ODACs (4/20)... Ran PRs in both the 800m (2:21.33) and 1500m (4:46.17) at the Mideast Invitational (5/16-17).

2018 Indoors: Finished fourth at the ODAC Championships in the 1 mile run with a personal best time of 5:23.02...Ninth at the ODAC Championships in the 3000 meter run with a time of 11:05.31...Finished seventh at the VMI Winter Relays in the 1000 meter with a time of 3:15.49.

2017 Outdoors: Member of 4x400 relay team that placed first at the Doc Jopson Invite with a time of 4:15.47...Placed second in the 1500 meters with a time of 5:08.56 at the Doc Jopson Invite.

2017 Indoors: Third team All-ODAC in the 4x400 relay... Placed first in the 600 meter at CNU Quadrangular with a time of 1:48.61. 

High School: All-State, All-Region and All-Conference...Member of the National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society...Student of the Year.
