2021 Outdoors: Third place finish the shot put (10.32m/33'10.25"), discus throw (26.81m/87'11"), and hammer throw (34.02m/111'7") and a second place finish in the javelin (25m/82') at the North River Invitational... Placed 17th in the discus throw (23.11m/75'10") and seventh in the shot put (10.46m/34'4") at the Lynchburg Hornet Open... Finished second in the hammer throw with a new personal record and the sixth best mark in BC history (36.01m/118'1") at the W&L Carnival... Also placed eighth in the discus throw (24.26m/79'7") at the W&L Carnival... Won the javelin throw at the Doc Jopson Invitational (28.79m/94'5")... Fourth in the shot put (10.35m/33'11.50") and second in the hammer throw (35.60m/116'9") at the WildCat Invitational... Finished second in the hammer throw (40.91m/134'2"), third in the javelin (31.28m/102'7) and sixth in the shot put (10.83m/35'6.50") at the ODAC Championships.

2021 Indoors: All-ODAC... Third in the weight throw (12.54m/41'1.75") and second in the shot put (10.54m/34'7") at the Finn Pincus Invitational. 

2020 Indoors: Placed tenth in the shot put (9.86m/32'4.25") and seventh in the weight throw (12.79m/41'11) at the ODAC Indoor Championships... 23rd in the shot put at the Camel City Invitational (11.09m/36'4.75)... 33rd in the shot put (9.16m/30'0.75") and 34th in the weight throw (9.32m/30'7") at the VMI Keydet Invitational... Took third in the shot put (11.05m/36' 3") at the Wilkins Center Invitational.
