2022 Outdoors: Competed in the sprints and jumps for Bridgewater... All-ODAC second team in the 4x100m relay... Member of the winning 4x100m relay at the Doc Jopson Invitationa, Battleground Relays and Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic... Took ninth in the 400m at the Doc Jopson Invitational (1:06.50)... Fifth in the 200 meter dash (27.27) and third in the 400 meter dash (1:02.49) at the Battleground Relays... Placed fourth in the long jump (5.10m), tenth in the 400m (1:02.39) and 13th in the 200m (26.93) at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic... Won the long jump at the WildCat Invite (5.09m)... Won the triple jump in a dual meet with Eastern Mennonite (10.35m)... 11th in the triple jump at the ODAC Outdoor Championships (10.28m)... Second team All-State in 4x100m relay. 

2022 Indoors: Took fourth place in the triple jump at the VMI Winter Relays with a personal-best 10.52 meters (34'6.25") ... Won the 400-meter dash at the Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational (1:06.93) and took third in the long jump (4.81m/15'9.5") ... Grabbed seventh in the VMI Team Challenge in the triple jump (10.04m/32'11.25") in a field of majority DI and DII athletes and fifth in the triple jump at the Roanoke Invitational Challenge ... Scored a seventh-place finish in the long jump (4.94m/16'2.5") at the ODAC Indoor Championships ... Also part of the Bridgewater DMR and 4x400 relay teams that finished fifth and sixth, respectively, at the conference meet. 

2021 Outdoors: Third in the long jump at the North River Invitational (4.88m/16'.25")... Fifth in the 200m (27.01) and the triple jump (10.31m/33'10") at the Lynchburg Hornet Open... Member of the winning 4x400m relay at the W&L Carnival (4:07.75) and at the WildCat Invitational (49:58)... Won the 400m (1:00.68) and placed fourth in the 200m (26.90), fifth in the long jump (4.90m/16'1"), and second in the triple jump (10.49m/34'5") at the Doc Jopson Invitational... Doc Jopson 400m time is the sixth best in school history... Tenth best 200m in school history at the WildCat Invitational (26.82)... Won the long jump with the four best mark in the school history at the Dennis Craddock Invitational (5.42m/17'9.50")... Seventh in the 200m (26.32) and fifth in the triple jump (11.04m/36'2.75") at the ODAC Championships. 

2021 Indoors: Set two personal records to open the season at the VMI Winter Relays in the 400m (1:05.42), 200m (28.06) and the triple jump (10.52m/34'6.25"), recording the seventh best triple jump mark in school history.

2020 Indoors: Placed 18th in the 400 meter dash (1:06.21), eighth in the triple jump (10.27m/33'8.50") and fourth in the long jump (4.98m/16'4.25") at the ODAC Indoor Championships... 23rd in the long jump (4.88m/16'0.25") and 18th in the triple jump (10.01m/32'10.25") at the VMI Indoor Classic... Placed 56th in the 400 meter dash (1:06.22), 25th in the triple jump (9.77m/32'0.75") and 30th in the long jump (4.56m/14'11.50") at the Camel City Invitational... 71st in the 400 meter dash (28.19) and 40th in the triple jump (9.64m/31'7.5") at the Liberty Kickoff... Took 48th in the 200 meters (28.69), 41st in the 400 meters (1:05.91) and 25th im the triple jump (9.79m/32'1.5") at the VMI Keydet Invitational... Fourth in the triple jump at the Wilkins Center Invitational (9.94m/32' 7½").

High School: Team captain... All-Conference 2016.
