2019 Outdoors: Eighth in the shot put and 16th in the discus at Goucher College Track Classic...Placed sixth in the hammer, fourth in the shot put and seventh in the discus at the Doc Jopson Invite.

2019 Indoors: 18th in the shot put at VMI Winter Relays...ninth in the shot put at the ODAC Indoor Championships.

2018 Outdoors: Threw a PR of 28.62m in the hammer at the Jopson Invite (4/13)... Placed 10th in the shot put at ODAC championships (4/20-21).

2018 Indoors: Finished 15th at the ODAC Championships in the weight throw with a mark of 10.57m (34' 81/2). 

2017 Outdoors: Posted a new personal-best of 27.57 (90'5") at the Dr. Jack Toms Alumni Invitational.

2017 Indoors: Threw a personal-best 11.00m (36'1.25") in the shot put at the CNU Quadrangular... Set a new weight throw personal best with a toss of 10.60m (34'9.5") at the Bast-Cregger Invitational.

2016 Outdoors: Tossed a season-best 10.14 meters (33-3.25ft) in the shot put at the ODAC Championships...Posted a season-best mark of 27.28 meters (89-6ft) in the discus at Bridgewater Invite...Threw a season-best 25.42 meters (83-5ft) in the hammer at the Roanoke Invitational.

2016 Indoors: Posted season-best mark of 10.13 meters (33-3ft) in the shot put at Father Diamond Invitational...Threw a season-best 10.22 meters (33-6.5ft) in the weight throw at ODAC Championships.
