2018 Outdoors: USTFCCCA All-Academic... All-Region in the the high jump, pole vault and triple jump... ODAC Field Athlete of the Year... Won the pole vault and triple jump at ODAC championships (4/20-21)... Set a new PR in the triple jump of 11.60m in her final collegiate meet- the Mideast Invitational (5/16-17).

2018 Indoors: Four-event All-Region selection in the high jump, pole vault, triple jump and 4x400...Named the 2018 ODAC Field Athlete of the ODAC Championships...First team All-ODAC in the triple jump...Second team All-ODAC in the pole vault and the high jump...Set personal bests in the ODAC Championships in the high jump with a mark of 1.60m (5'3") and the triple jump with a mark of 11.23m (36'10.25").

2017 Outdoors: Won the high jump and pole vault at the Jopson Invitational (4/1)... Placed second in the high jump and was on the winning 4x100m relay team at ODACs (4/21-22).

2017 Indoors: All-Region in the high jump... First team All-ODAC in the high jump... Third team All-ODAC in the pole vault... Placed second in the high jump at the Roanoke Maroons NCAA Final Qualifier with a season-best jump of 1.60m (5-3ft)... Ran personal-best 8.72 seconds in 60 meter at Bast-Cregger Invitational.

2016 Outdoors: All-Region in the high jump...Recorded PR height of 2.84 meters (9-3.75ft) in the pole vault at Bridgewater Invite...Cleared season-best 1.59 meters (5-2.5ft) in the high jump at Bridgewater Invite...Ran season-best 13.51 seconds in the 100 meter at Roanoke Invitational.

2016 Indoors: All-Region in the high jump...Third team All-ODAC in the high jump and pole vault...Personal-best high jump of 1.62 meters (5-3.75ft) at ODAC Championships...Cleared season-best mark of 2.82 meters (9-3ft) in the pole vault at ODAC Championships.

2015 Outdoors: ODAC All-Academic team...Second Team All-ODAC high jump.

2015 Indoors: Season-best mark of 1.37m (4'6") in the high jump at Susquehanna.

Prep: Was a 2013-14 VHLS indoor qualifier.

Personal: Daughter of Jeff and Amy Adams...has one sibling, Taylor...born November 6, 1995...majoring in biology.
