2024 Outdoor: Clocked a 23:06.45 in the 5,000m run at the ODAC Championships to claim a new career best in the event, while also securing a career best in the 3,000m steeplechase (14:14.53)...finished with a new personal best in the 800m run at the North River Meet (3:04.21)...in the 1,500m run at the North River Meet saw a new personal best (6:10.64).

2024 Indoor: Secured a career best time in the mile at the Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational (6:49.26)...at the VMI Winter Relays recorded a career best in the 3,000m run (13:21.49).

2023 Outdoor: Registered a season best time of 14:42.06 in the 3,000m steeplechase at the ODAC Championships...recorded two season bests in the 800m run (3:05.10) and 1,500m run (6:16.16) at the North River Meet.

2023: Indoor: Finished 16th in the 3,000-meter run at the Joe LaRocco with a season best time of 13:54.73...set a new personal record at the ODAC Championship in the 5,000m run crossing the line at the 23:49.76 mark.

2022 Outdoors: Took 12th in the 1,500m at the Battleground Relays (6:59.11)... Ninth place in the 3k steeplechase at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic (17:09.41)... Fourth place in the 1,500m at a dual meet with Eastern Menonnite. 

2022 Indoors: Grabbed a sixth-place finish in the 3,000-meter run at the Finn Picus Invitational (13:51.92).

2021 Outdoor: Won the 5k at the North River Invitational (23:22.57) and the Doc Jopson Invitational (23:12.51)... Won the 3k steeplechase at the Lynchburg Hornet Open (15:11.79)... Placed sixth and set a personal record in the 3k steeplechase at the W&L Carnival (14:42.81)... Ran the tenth best 10k in school history at the Dennis Craddock Invite (49:41.88)... Seventh in the 3k steeplechase (15:11.78) and 21st in the 5k (24:36.86) at the ODAC Championships. 

2021 Indoor: Finished sixth in the 3k at the Finn Pincus Invitational (13:51.92).

High School: Honor student... Civic Seal... Presidental NHS Scholastic Award... Most Valuable Runner.
