2018 Outdoors: Won the 3000 meters at the Jopson Invite (4/13)... Ran a PR in the 1500 meters at ODAC championships (4/20-21).

2017 Outdoors: Placed 4th in the 1500 meters at the Jopson Invitational (4/1).

High School: Competed for Nations Capital Swim Club... Also played soccer... Majoring in athletic training.
