2024 Outdoor: Captured a career best in the 1,500m run at the ODAC Championships (5:56.25).

2024 Indoor: Finished eighth in the 800m run at the Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational (2:56.78)...earned a collegiate best in the mile at the Robert Comstock Cardinal Track & Field Classic (6:26.34)...recoreded a collegiate best in the 1,000m run at the George Mason Patriot Games (3:47.96).

2023 Outdoor: Saw a season best time in the 800m run (2:53.59) at the Doc Jopson Invitational.

2023 Indoor: Finished 24th at the Joe LaRocco in the 800-meter run with a time of 3:01.55.

2022 Outdoors: Took 21st in the 800m at the WildCat Invite (2:54.55)... 31st in the 800m at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic (2:52.02)... Fourth in the 800m in a dual meet with Eastern Mennonite (2:46.70).

2022 Indoors: Placed second as a part of the Bridgewater 4x800 relay team (10:58.94) and scored an eighth-place finish in the 400m (1:17.41) at Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational

2021 Outdoors: Placed ninth in the 1500m at the North River Invitational (6:15.91) and 14th at the W&L Carnival (5:57.31)... 18th in the 800m at the Doc Jopson Invitational (2:50.56).. Set a personal best 800m at the WildCat Invitational with a fourth place finish (2:43.07)... 22nd in the 800m at the ODAC Championships (2:49.88). 

2021 Indoors: Did not compete. 

High School: State Champion.
