2026 Outdoor: Competed in the 200, 400, 400-meter hurdles, and the 4x400-meter relay... Ran the second leg in the 4x400-meter relay at the ODAC Championships to aid the quartet to a fourth-place finish... Ran a personal best in the 200 (28.50) and the 400 (1:03.78) at the WildCat Invitational. 

2026 Indoor: Competed in the 60, 200, 400, and 4000-meter DMR... Ran a 1:04.6 split as the 400-meter leg in the DMR at the ODAC Championships to aid the relay to a fifth place finish. 

2025 Outdoor: Competed in the 200 meters, 400, 400-meter hurdles, and long jump...Had personal best at ODAC Outdoor Championships in 400mH with a time of 1:14.21 (11th place).  
 
2025 Indoor: Competed in the 60 meters and 200...Was a part of the distance medley relay at ODAC Indoor Championships (8th place)...Had a personal best at ODACs in 60m with a time of 8.86 in prelims.  
 
2024 Outdoor: Finished 19th in the 200m dash at the Washington and Lee Carnival (29.31)...sixth in the long jump at the North River Meet with a season best leap of 4.32m (14' 2.25'')...competed in the 400m hurdles at the ODAC Championships recording a season best time of 1:15.01. 
 
2024 Indoor: Saw a season best time of 8.77 in the 60m dash at the ODAC Championships. 
 
High School: Member of the Sussex Academy High School track & field team.
