2025 Outdoor: Competed in 800, 1500, and 5,000...Had personal bests in all events competed in; 800m (2:38.16), 1500m (5:25.52), 5,000m (20:36.47). 

2025 Indoor: Competed in the 800 meters, the mile, and 3,000 meters...Broke personal best at ODAC Indoor Championships in 3,000m with a time of 12:00.33 (18th place)...Had personal best in the mile at VMI Winter Classic (5:50.14). 

2024 Outdoor: Ran in the 800m run at the Doc Jopson Invitational for a new outdoor best time of 2:54.75...saw action in the 1,500m run at the VertKlasse Meeting recording a 5:41.47 finish in the event.

2024 Indoor: Finished 10th in the 3,000m run at the Robert Comstock Cardinal Track & Field Classic with a personal best time of 12:52.14...at the ODAC Championships registered a career best in the mile crossing the line at the 6:27.62 mark.

2023 Outdoor: Ran in the 1,500m run at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classice recording a season best time of 6:03.61...at the Washington and Lee Carnival crossed the line at the 23:44.05 mark in the 5,000m run...finished the 800m run with a time of 2:57.33 at the North River Meet.

2023 Indoor: Finished 12th in the 3,000m at the Finn Pincus Invitational with a time of 13:07.07.

2022 Outdoors: Ran in the 5,000-meter run at the Washington and Lee Carnival with a time of 23:21.45.

2022 Indoors: Did not compete.

High School: Cross Country captain...Team Spirit award winner.
