2024 Outdoor: Ran a season best time in the 10,000m run at the Doc Jopson Invitational (42:14.36)...finished with a time of 20:02.31 in the 5,000m run at the VertKlasse Meeting...placed 11th in the 1,500m run at the North River Meet timing a 5:34.66 finish.

2024 Indoor: Placed fifth in the 5,000m run at the Joe LaRocco Invitational (20:05.75)...claimed a new personal best in the 3,000m run at the ODAC Championships (11:20.43)...finished 11th in the mile at the Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational with a season best time (5:54.87).

2023 Outdoor: Finished fourth in the 10,000m run at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic crossing the line at the 42:07.81 mark...recorded a collegiate best time of 19:36.59 in the 5,000m run at the VertKlasse...at the Doc Jopson Invitational registered a personal best in the 1,500m run timing a 5:25.39.

2023 Indoor: Ran in distance events for the Eagles...placed seventh in the 3,000m at the Finn Pincus Invitational being timed with a 12:03.61...saw an 11th place finish at the Joe LaRocco Invitational crossing the line at the 11:56.87 mark...member of the distance medley relay team which claimed fifth at the ODAC Championship (14:07.45).

2022 Outdoor: Tenth place finish in the 1,500m at the Doc Jopson Invitational (5:37.33)... Took fourth in the 10k at the Battlegrounds Relays (43:42.68)... 16th place finish in the 5k at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic (20:27.06)... Placed third in the 3,200m at a dual meet with with Eastern Mennonite (13:05.66). 

2022 Indoor: Part of the Bridgewater 4x800m relay team that claimed second place (10:58.94) at the Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational ... finished fourth in the 5,000-meter run (20:57.60) at the Keydet Invitational ... ran the mile in 5:55.24 at the ODAC Indoor Championships for an 11th place finish ... scored fifth with the Bridgewater DMR team (10:00.32) also at ODACs.

High School: All-District Honors in Cross Country in 2019... Captain of varsity soccer team for two years... Qualified for states in soccer in 2017... First-Team District and Regionals in soccer in 2021...3x Leadership Award winner (2018-21).
