BRIDGEWATER, Va. - Bridgewater College ran its winning streak to six straight with a 2-0 victory Wednesday afternoon over rival Eastern Mennonite.
Bridgewater took the lead with a goal in the 18th minute. Cyan Coates sent a pass across the top of the box to Sydney Ryan on the left side. Ryan sent a left-footed shot toward the far post and buried the ball into the side net to put the Eagles on the scoreboard.

The Eagles outshot the Royals 10-1 in the second half, but the score was still 1-0 entering the final 10 minutes of play.
