Head swimming coach Ethan Coleman announced the new addition of Grace Warren to the coaching staff as an assistant coach ahead of the 2026-27 season.
"I'm very excited to have Grace come back again and work with us," said head men's and women's swimming coach Ethan Coleman. "She was a very accomplished swimmer for us but more importantly she embodies Bridgewater swimming culture perfectly. She will help that only continue to grow now in the coaching position."
Warren was a prominent member of the women's swimming program for four years. The backstroke and free stroke specialist currently holds a total of seven individual school records including multiple records in relays. On top of that, the incumbent was a team captain from 2024-26.
At Bridgewater, Warren was a digital media arts major with a leadership and community engagement minor. She helped as a photographer at VS America along with earning valuable experience as a graphic designer and social media manager in the Office of Alumni Relations. There, she designed graphics, improved design skills, connected with alumni and learned skills in an office workplace.
Recently, Warren was a social media manager for a realtor where she organized and scheduled regular social media posts, shot photography and videography and researched and implemented social media strategies.
Along with the professional experience, Warren has had plenty of experience as a swim coach. For four years, she taught private lessons at the college and has been the swim coach for the Farmington Sharks swim team since 2023.
Warren has begun her position and is set to guide the men's and women's swimming team in the 2026-27 season.
