Washington & Lee rallied from a 16-point first-half deficit Saturday afternoon to defeat the Bridgewater College Eagles, 54-47, in ODAC women's basketball action.

The Eagles led 26-10 in the first half and took a nine-point lead into the locker room at the half.

Bridgewater maintained the lead for much of the second half, leading by 10 points with nine minutes to play before the Generals put together their game-winning rally. Kristin Bosserman led the Eagles with 12 points and Jordan Burkholder added 10.

The Generals outrebounded the Eagles, 41-33, and forced the Eagles into 27 turnovers.

The Eagles are back in action Wednesday night when they host Randolph College in another ODAC contest.

Bridgewater is now 2-5 overall and 0-3 in conference play.
