The Bridgewater College volleyball team picked up a pair of victories Friday at the Averett Invitational.

The Eagles defeated Ferrum College in straight sets, winning 25-23, 25-22, 25-20. BC also swept Salem College by scores of 25-14, 25-11, 25-15.

Bridgewater plays two mores matches Saturday. The Eagles meet Averett at 10 a.m. and LaGrange at noon.
