EMORY, Va. - The Bridgewater College Eagles scored with just 12.2 seconds left in regulation Saturday evening to defeat Emory & Henry College, 1-0, in ODAC women's soccer action.

The Wasps packed the defense in against the Eagles and the strategy worked until Brittney Harris found the net off an assist from Kathy Bundrick in the waning seconds to lift the Eagles to the victory.

The Eagles held a decisive 23-4 advantage in shots and a 7-0 edge in corners.

Cari Hensley recorded the shutout as she registered two saves in the contest.

The Eagles are now 6-1-1 overall and 1-0 in the conference.
