CHESTER, PA. - Davonta Womack represented Bridgewater College's men's track and field team on Thursday as he competed in the Mideast Invitational in Chester, Pa. 

Womack competed in just the the 100 meter dash, winning the event on a time of 10.74.

The women finished first overall at the Invite out of 16 teams with a score of 76.

Womack and the Bridgewater College men's and women's qualifying outdoor track and field athletes will compete in the 2018 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships next weekend. Events begin Thursday, May 24 in La Crosse, Wis.
