BRIDGEWATER, Va. – The Bridgewater College athletic department has named Leyton Pullin '22 as its new Director of Athletic Media Relations.
 
Pullin has served as the Associate Director of Athletic Media Relations since September of 2022 after jumping on board in the assistant role in August of the same year. During his time at BC, Pullin has served as the primary contact for men's and women's soccer, men's and women's basketball, baseball, softball, men's and women's swimming, men's and women's cross country, equestrian and men's and women's tennis.
 
"We are grateful to have Leyton continue to be a part of our staff and to be willing to take a step forward in a leadership role," said Director of Athletics Curt Kendall. "Leyton brings a passion and understanding of Bridgewater College that will be a huge asset to our department."
 
A member of the Bridgewater Class of 2022, Pullin was a member of the men's tennis team during his three years as an Eagle while also serving as a student assistant in the athletic media department. Pullin has also gained experience serving in a media capacity with the Rockingham County Baseball League as well as the Waynesboro Generals of the Valley Baseball League.
 
"I am beyond thankful for the opportunity to continue to serve the Bridgewater College community and to be able to do it in a leadership capacity," said Pullin. "I am very excited to get to showcase all that BC has to offer on and off the field and promote the Division III experience."
 
The search for a new associate director of athletic media relations is ongoing.
