FOREST, Va. - The Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) announced Monday Paige Mayers as ODAC Women's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week after dominant performances against Southern Va., and Ferrum.
In two strong showings from the Eagles with an 18-4 win over SVU and a 21-1 win over Ferrum, Mayers led the way. The Glen Allen, Va., native stood atop the offensive stat sheets combining for 12 goals, seven assists, 19 points, and 17 shots in two games. The midfielder also contributed 16 draw controls against Ferrum, tying the school record in most draw controls in a single game.
The Eagles next play on Wednesday, March 19 at home against Sweet Briar.
