FERRUM, Va. - The Virginia Sports Information Directors organization (VaSID) announced Thursday Taylor Myers to All-State Second Team in track & field after a strong first year at Bridgewater in the indoor season. 

Myers took the track by storm as a first year in indoors, confidently holding down an All-ODAC First Team selection in the 800 with a time of 2:20.85, which is the third fastest time in the all-time marks list in school history. Myers also highlighted the meet with a broken school record in the mile for clocking a time of 5:03.34 and finishing in third place. In the 5,000m, Myers placed third for a 17:53.03 time. Myers was awarded ODAC Women's Athlete of the Meet.
