BRIDGEWATER, Va. - D3Baseball.com announced the 2026 Preseason All-American Teams ahead of the season, as two Bridgewater baseball athletes, Zack Chadwell and Nick Stavros, secured a selection. 

Landing a spot on Second Team All-American was Zack Chadwell. Last season, Chadwell mashed balls in the batter's box. The stat line was immense, posting 55 hits, 59 RBIs, 16 home runs, and 42 walks. Chadwell's walk rate broke the single season program record. 

Also securing a selection for All-American was Nick Stavros as Stavros placed on Third Team All-American. Stavros had a keen eye in the box last season, averaging an impressive .435 batting average in 170 at-bats while also tallying 74 hits, 38 RBIs, 34 walks, and 49 runs scored.
