FARMVILLE, Va. - The Bridgewater College men's tennis team fell to Hampden-Sydney 7-0 on the road on Tuesday afternoon.
The Tigers opened the match by sweeping doubles action. BC fell 1-6 at all three spots.Â
Bridgewater battled hard at all six singles spots, but their best results came at the No.1 and No. 6 spots.
Corey Beshoar had a tight opening set before falling 2-6, 1-6 at the top spot.
Coree Nicely provided a good source of energy for the Eagles before he fell 1-6, 2-6 at No. 6.
The Eagles are back in action on Sunday as they host Virginia Wesleyan at 1 p.m.
