BRIDGEWATER, Va. - The Bridgewater College women's tennis team fell to No. 14 Washington and Lee 7-0 on Tuesday at home. 

The Generals opened by taking the doubles point as they did not drop a game. 

Bridgewater showed fight in singles action, highlighted at the No. 2 and No. 3 spots. Macy Harris fell 0-6, 1-6 at No. 2, while Regan Witt fell 1-6, 0-6 at No. 3. Sarah Slagle also battled the No. 3 ranked player in the ITA Southeast Region at the top spot as she fell 0-6, 0-6.

The Eagles are back in action on Wednesday at Hollins.
