Kyle Rigney, who won a 2016 FCS national championship at JMU, enters his fourth season as Bridgewater's offensive line coach in 2023, and starts his second year as the run game coordinator.

In 2022, Glory Nseka gained second team All-ODAC laurels as he finished the season allowing just 0.5 sacks on passing plays and just 1.0 TFL on run plays. Nseka also went the length of the season without a penalty called against him. The offensive line also helped the offense rank second in the ODAC in scoring average and among the conference leaders in red-zone efficiency.

In his first year with the Eagles', guard Cole Cooksey was a second team All-State and All-ODAC selection.

Rigney was the offensive line coach for a pair of D-II institutions- Lake Erie College in 2019, and Shorter University the previous season. He was also the team Academic Coordinator at Lake Erie.

He was an assistant offensive line coach for JMU in 2017, as the Dukes reached their second straight FCS national title game.

Rigney was the starting center for JMU’s 2016 national title team, as part of an offensive line that set JMU and CAA single-season records in scoring (700), rushing offense (4,125), total offense (7,612) and first downs (380).

He earned a bachelor’s degree in sports and recreational management in 2016, and is currently completing a master’s of management degree from Shorter University.
