Former Muhlenberg assistant Rachael Bragg was named the new head women's lacrosse coach at Bridgewater College in the summer of 2017.

Her first season featured an 11-6 overall record, three shutouts, three 100-point scorers, and a #21 national ranking in an early-season Nike/US Lacrosse Magazine poll.

Bragg's three seasons as a Division III assistant coach resulted in a 42-13 record, two championships, and two victories over a #1 ranked team.

In her second season at Muhlenberg, Bragg and the Mules compiled a 13-4 record, defeated the nation's #1 ranked team (Gettysburg) and earned the program's first-ever national ranking (#20).

In 2016, Muhlenberg went 13-5 and won its first-ever ECAC Mid-Atlantic Championship, defeating Stockton 13-9 in the final.

Bragg coached one All-American, two All-Region players, seven All-Centennial Conference players and one Centennial Offensive Player of the Year in her two seasons at Muhlenberg.

In 2015, Bragg was an assistant coach at The Catholic University of America. The Cardinals opened the season with a 13-12 win over #1 Salisbury, defeated Susquehanna 22-9 in the Landmark Conference championship game, and then beat Western New England and Mount Union in the NCAA tournament before finally falling by one goal to #2 SUNY-Cortland in the Elite Eight.

Bragg has also coached at Georgetown Visitation Preparatory School, and with the T3 West and Next Level club programs.

She attended Birmingham-Southern, where she was a four-year varsity letterwinner. Bragg earned her bachelor of science degree in psychology in 2013, and then graduated from Northeastern University's Master of Sports Leadership program in the spring of 2017. She attended the NCAA's Emerging Leaders Conference that year.
