ASHLAND, Va. - Randolph-Macon snapped
Bridgewater's three-match winning streak and handed the Eagles
their first ODAC loss with a four-set victory Saturday.
Bridgewater won the opening set 25-23 but R-MC evened the match
with a 25-17 victory in the second set. The Yellow Jackets closed
out the match, winning the next two sets 25-23, 25-17.
Erika Dirnagl paced the Eagles with 14 kills and Mandy Hill
added 12. Tricia Davis led the team in assists with 38 while Casey
O'Leary recorded a team-high 23 digs. Hill also added three blocks
for BC.
The Eagles are now 5-8 overall and 3-1 in conference play.
