SWEET BRIAR, Va. - The Bridgewater College women's tennis fell to Sweet Briar 9-0 on Friday in ODAC play. 

In doubles action, junior Emma Nesselrodt and freshman Grace Knighton provided a bright spot  at the No. 2 spot but ultimately fell to the Vixens 8-4.

In singles play Nesselrodt was again a bright spot with a tight match up, but fell 1-6, 2-6 at the No. 3 spot.

Junior Kaci Pitsenbarger stepped in at the No. 6 hole and put together a fight, but fell 3-6, 0-6.

The Eagles will be back in action on Sunday to host Guilford in a key ODAC matchup. First serve is set for 1 p.m.
