ASHLAND, Va. - Six Bridgewater College Eagles have been named Virginia Sports Information Directors (VaSID) Academic All-State for the 2025-26 academic year.

Riley Corcoran (Women's Basketball), Summer Wallace (Women's Track and Field), Jordan Wise (Softball), Grace Warren (Women's Swimming), Gabe Miller (Men's Cross Country and Track and Field) and Evan Welsh (Football) were all selected for the team based on their academic and athletic success. 

To qualify, student-athletes must be of sophomore academic standing or better and excel in the classroom as well as on the field of competition with a 3.5 GPA or better.
