GREENSBORO, N.C. - Bridgewater's women's basketball team led by seven points with just over three minutes to play, before the Guilford Quakers (11-9, 8-7 ODAC) ended the game on a 12-2 run to defeat the Eagles by a 64-61 score in Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) action.

Bridgewater (11-7, 8-6 ODAC) took the lead into the locker room after a 6-0 spurt over the final two and a half minutes of the first half gave the Eagles a 33-30 advantage.

Neither team led by more than five in a back and forth first stanza, while freshman Molly Look sparked the Eagles off the bench with a career-best nine points in just eight minutes of action.

BC bumped its lead to five early in the second period before a 12-2 run gave the Quakers a 48-43 lead with 11:04 to play.

Following a Bridgewater timeout, the Eagles tallied six quick points to take the lead back at a 49-48 tally off of a Bianca Booker jumper with 9:10 to play.

Guilford immediately responded, taking the lead back at a 50-49 score off of a Jasmine Wood layup.

The Quakers extended their lead to three with just under eight minutes left before the Eagles used a 10-0 run to take a 59-52 advantage with 3:07 to play.

Guilford was able to take the lead back at a 62-61 tally with 1:21 to play and extended its lead to 64-61 off of a pair of free throws with 10 ticks remaining.

Bridgewater missed on its last opportunity of the game as a Booker three-pointer missed the mark giving Guilford a 64-61 win.

Logan and Burkholder led the Eagles with 16 points a piece.

Burkholder and Booker led BC with seven rebounds each.

Ann Seufer led the Quakers with a team-high 15 points, while Alexa Williams and Wood each pulled in a game-high eight boards as Guilford edged out the Eagles on the glass by a 39-to-36 margin.

Guilford outshot the Eagles from the field (42%-to-37%) despite Bridgewater's 8-of-17 effort from beyond the arc.

The loss snapped a four game winning streak for the Eagles. 

Bridgewater is back in action on Sunday at Emory & Henry. Tip-off from Emory, Va. is slated for 4:00 p.m.
