LYNCHBURG, VA. - The Bridgewater College men's track and field team competed in Friday's events at the Dr. Jack M. Toms Alumni Invitational.
Alex Galloway finished second overall in the men's 400 meter with a time of 49.28.
Anthony Lovelace had a fourth place finish in the 100 meter with a time of 11.44. Lovelace also finished third in the 200 meter with a time of 22.56. Davonta Womack finished seventh at 23.06.
Bridgewater had another top-ten finish on the day in the men's 400 meter hurdles on an eighth place finish by Christopher Moore with a time of 58.48.
Shane Gibson and Max Weidman competed in the men's 1500 meter. Gibson finished 12th with a time of 4:14.36 and Weidman finished 15th with a time of 4:16.02. Gibson also finished 18th in the 800 meters with a time of 2:04.22. Weidman also finished eighth in the 3000 meter with a time of 10:08.44.
Chase Rosenthal was tenth in the 110 meter hurdles with a time of 15.87. Elijah waters was 14th at 16.30.
Joshua Wilt also earned eighth place in the 10000 meter with a time of 34:35.79.
