FOREST, Va. - Jake Wagner of the Bridgewater College men's lacrosse team earned the first ODAC offensive player of the week honor, announced by league office Monday afternoon. 

Wagner's contributions on the offensive end propelled the Eagles to a 2-0 start on the season with wins over Illinois Tech and Piedmont at the Music City Classic. Wagner started in both contests, tallying four goals and five assists for nine points.  

Wagner scored a goal in the 11-10 win over Illinois Tech. In the 14-7 win over Piedmont on Saturday, Wagner posted three goals and five assists for a career-best eight points. Wagner also collected two ground balls. 

Wagner and the Eagles face Marymount in Arlington, Va., on Saturday, Feb. 12 at noon.
