FOREST, Va. - The Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) announced Saturday after the championship match the All-ODAC teams for men's volleyball as Aiden Weaver landed the program's first ever All-ODAC selection in program history in its inaugural season along with ODAC Rookie of the Year honors.
Weaver received an All-ODAC Third Team selection and a nod to ODAC Rookie of the Year after a strong freshman season. The Newport News, Va., native stuffed the stat sheet posting 284 kills, 324.5 points, 121 digs, and 21 solo blocks in his first collegiate campaign.
The outside hitter recorded a single-match season-high of 16 kills three times against Averett, Roanoke, and Shenandoah. Additionally, Weaver had two double doubles with 13 kills and 10 digs against Wilson as well as 13 kills and 10 digs against Warren Wilson.
Weaver held the second-most points in the conference to end the season.
