Box Score ASHLAND, Va. – The Bridgewater College women's lacrosse team lost 19-3 at Randolph-Macon on Saturday.
Freshman Kaity Petersheim scored twice, while senior Jodie Welsh totaled four draw controls. Mikaela Brooks made nine saves in the cage.
The Eagles scored two straight early in the first half. Aunnie Hacker got BC on the board, and Allison Burris then assisted Petersheim to make it 4-2 RMC with 18:33 left in the period.
The Yellow Jackets tallied 13 unanswered however, before Petersheim recorded her second of the day on a man-up eight meter attempt.
Petersheim also hit the post in the second half, and then had a free position attempt saved by RMC goalie Caraline Cypher two minutes later.
Bridgewater (1-2, 1-1 ODAC) will travel to Roanoke on Wednesday.
