FOREST, Va. - The Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) announced Wednesday afternoon senior Hannah Rizzo was awarded ODAC Golfer of the Week after a splendid two-day showing at the Bridgewater Invitational. 

Rizzo took second place at the event and shot a +6 to score the lowest among any other ODAC golfers for the week. She fought for the top spot all day in the second round but slightly got beat by Southern Virginia's Indie Taylor with a +5. As a team, Bridgewater placed fourth and was also the lowest-scoring team among Roanoke and Shenandoah at the tournament, respectively.  

The Eagles head back out for the Anita Hobson Invitational on Sept. 28-29 at Virginia Beach.
