Nancy Boller Moser was a three-sport standout during her career at Bridgewater College.

On the basketball court, Nancy played four years. She was the second-leading scorer on the varsity during her sophomore year before leading the team in scoring as both a junior and senior. She scored 301 points as a junior and 292 during her senior season. During her last three years of play, the team compiled a 39-16 record.

Nancy also lettered in field hockey three seasons. She was selected to the Blue Ridge field hockey team and played in the Southeast tournament in 1968 and 1969. During her three seasons, the Eagles posted an 18-9-6 record.

She also played four years on the tennis team and played in the No. 1 singles position her senior year.

Following graduation from Bridgewater College, Nancy continued her involvement with athletics as a teacher and coach at Broadway High School. In six years as Broadway's head girls' basketball coach her teams compiled a 77-11 record with four district titles and one regional championship. She also started the tennis program at Broadway and organized and implemented the physical education program.

Nancy was a basketball and tennis coach at East Tennessee State University from 1976-1978 before taking a position as athletic director and physical education teacher at Harford Vocational Technical School in Maryland. From 1980-1985 she was supervisor of Secondary Physical Education and Athletics for Harford County, Maryland, the first female to be in charge of the county's interscholastic sports programs.

For the past 14 years, Nancy has served as a health teacher at Walkersville Middle School in Maryland. She is also involved in numerous church and civic activities.

For her outstanding efforts as a student-athlete at Bridgewater College and for her success as a coach and her dedication as an educator of young people, Nancy is an obvious choice for Bridgewater College's Athletic Hall of Fame.
